Airtel — balance got deducted after 19, days itself and there is no response from airtel

I have raised complaint again and again wo the customer care of airtel. But there is no reply.
1st i am unable to call customer care as what ever selections is being asked is in kannada which i don't understand.
I have asked multiple time to change my language but no action has been taken yet.
2nd i have recharged for 349 on 19th aug 2017 which gives benefits o[censored]nlimited call std/local and 28gb net for 28 day. But from 9sep itself my balance got deducting. For the same i wasn't able to call customer care as my language is kannada i raise to port my number, so customer care people will call them self to ask the issue. When i received call from them a person asked me to raise a complaint in calling to 155233.
What the hell is this. I am frustrated with airtel.
