[Resolved] Airtel — Balance not received and unethical behavior | |||||
I have done Rs 300 recharge on my Airtel mobile no. [protected] via My Airtel app for talk time as app was showing Rs. 300 for full talk time. Instated of adding Rs. 300 talk value have credited 2G balance in my account, that is quite ridiculous and your customer executive was not responding well and didn't provide any complaint no. I want return back Rs. 300 in my call balance. Please do something as soon as and instructs your customer executives also they always forward it to senior person rather resolving the problem.
