Airtel — barred outgoing | |||
Their internet and network is worst so I kept a different number as primary outgoing and internet usage. Also I have enough balance in my Airtel number, I am making call very rarely with this number but this is my primary number for incoming calls and all messages. Now I am getting message from airtel that my outgoing calls will be barred. After talking to customer care, they are asking me recharge with minimum 35 RS in every 28days else my outgoing calls will be barred. Is this new rule to forcefully get money from customer without providing good service. Was this information helpful? | |||
