My airtel sim is barred without any intimation on nov 2022 then after asking airtel store they told document issue like then i submit all require document. after 50 days my sim is activated.
then again barred march 28th 2023, I called up again. This time the airtel representative said, incorrect documents were submitted. When I asked which document was incorrect. He said he didn't know and nobody in Airtel can tell me that. He suggested a list of documents which had to be submitted, which was nothing but same set of documents I submitted last time. Now I don't know actually what was wrong in my previous document submitted to Airtel and I fear the whole process will repeat with Airtel. But nobody was able to tell what was incorrect in first place.still now am not receive my number Was this information helpful? |
