Airtel — behaviour of airtel executive is rude

We went airtel office on 8th may 2018, behavior of airtel executive rishiraj from c-scheme branch jaipur, is very rude, when i went for an inquiry of my bill dues, i asked for my bill detail he asked me to wait for an hour. I activated international roaming plan of 2999for 10 days and by mistake of airtel they charged 2 times for same plan and even when i asked to make a call to manager, he himself was very rude krishank from bombay, really disappointed from the airtel service.
