Airtel — Benefit not transfer to my number

Respected Sir On Saturday 24/05/2014 special offer to me only which is if I recharge on same day with Rs. 655 Then I get 3g unlimited date. After that I call to customer care on 198 they also suggest me Yes this recharge only for you with speed 500 to 600 kbps no data limit . You would be recharge and enjoy 3g unlimited plan.no existing plan apply (i.e. 3gb 3g unlimited) for you. On same day I recharge my account with Rs. 655 massage receive as Recharge Successful on[protected] at 05:11PM, MRP: Rs 655.00, STax: Rs72.05, TransID [protected]. But next day 25/05/2014 after usage of 3gb data speed become 10 to 15 kbps. Please solve my query. Thanks you Nathu Lal Patel Ph.no. [protected] Rajasthan Udaipur
