[Resolved] Airtel — Benefits not received | |||||
Benefits not received on the recharge of Rs. 997 on 4-April-2016. As per Airtel plans this recharge consists of Monthly Internet pack on International roaming but I didn't received any benefits. Additionally they are saying that some other service has been activated. In short no service has been activated and they are just fooling us around. I have contacted their Customer Support, Nodal Team and Appellate Authority but they haven't resolved my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
