Airtel — benefits of recharge not received | |
Dear sir, I have recharged from my wallet to no[protected] on[protected].Reacharge confirmation was done but benefit was not credited .(.as unlimited calls was free for 14 days as shown in pack ). Money is deducted for calls .I have also complained to customer care there assure me that will find the solution within 48 hrs .but still no action has been taken .kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
