Airtel — Bill amount is not as per My plan offer..Airtel is charging more- Dont recommend Airtel to anyone | |||||
I called to Customer care to provide me the current usage of "999 my Plan" offer since when I type *121#, its not showing anything on Data usage and in unbilled amount its been charged more than what I have used. Couple of times, I spoke to Customer care to get its resolved but they dont care and reply ...sir we don't have any details about your account.So in that case I just need to pay amount even its incorrect data. I have sent an email to nodal officer and even to appellate but no response ...is this team exist or just an excuse from Airtel, I am still wondering.
