I have joint postpaid account with my husbands number with Airtel and when my husband moved to Germany we just activated a 24 hr international roaming pack for some urgent problem so he could have get few calls that day and with the assumption that it will get deactivated again like it was before and while activation it was no where mentioned on the app saying if we use any service post the 24 hrs even by mistake this pack will keep on activating . But for 2 months they kept on charging this 649 whenever my husbands number used again unintentionally the data . Also not even a single time we got any notification that a pack of 649 is activated on your account today like we got it the first time. And even after visiting the customer care centre and dropping them multiple emails I have not got any resolution from them plus they have again increased the bill amount to 21k from last months 18k.
Also last but not the least when I received the first bill of 6k I tried deactivating the IR service using app it didn’t allow me and then same happened the next month and I have attached the screenshot and provided the same to the customer care.
