In March 2023, I had requested my land line number[protected] to be disconnected. This was promptly done after questioning several times on why I want to disconnect.
But the billing for this number never stopped. A new account number was created and every month I am sent bills with penalty charges. I have written to [protected]@airtel.com. They said that will waive Rs. 2000 and rest I will have to pay. When I had paid all my bills till the time of disconnection, I don't understand why I need to pay anything. I don't need mercy of a waiver on an illegitimate charge by Airtel.
Would like Airtel to stop sending these bills and harassing a senior citizen. Was this information helpful? |
