Hi,
my disconnection request has not been actioned from past 2 months on oct 5th and it was supposed to be closed on november 25th and again on dec 15 the request was raised ([protected]).
I have raised hell lot complaints since december to permanently disconnect the services but the bill has been issued again.And customer care people said that i dont have to pay the bill (recorded voice calls proof).
Please also check the mail received on 22-december-2021
oh my god i have spoken to customer care person so many times to diconnect permanently. How can i further go beyond this i cannot understand. One person says some technical issue and i dont have to pay the bill and the next month i get bill with late fee. I seriously cannot understand what the hell is going on with airtel.
Please find the services request and request you to check the mails attached and voice calls recorded that so many customer care person told me not to pay the bill as there was some technical issue from their end. And now i get the late fee also for that, this is not at all acceptable.
[protected], [protected], [protected], bill related discrepancy there is a ticket riased on 29th dec, one person spoke clearly and said i dont have to pay any bill.
I have all the voice calls recorded in my phone as well.
Note: i sincerely request to close the issue as it is causing so much of mental pressure to me seriously. Mental harrasement for me. Please understand my issue and close the services.
Please find the final resolution and close the services immediately.

note: i have riased request on oct 5th so there was no bill generated for the month of oct-2021 to nov-2021, but after that i received for nov and dec.
When im not using internet itself how can the bill be generated.
