[Resolved] Airtel — Bill not Correct | |||
I have Airtel Post Paid connection no [protected] & I use 399/- plan…According to my Plan I took 3pack for local calls (means 5hrs) but as per the bill I used 4.5 hrs & that should not be chargeable…but it was charged…& also I took 7pack for 3G…even for that Airtel also charge nearly 100R/s per day…& that is not correct because from 9-5.30 I am in the office & during the office hour I use my office WiFi…& also at home I use my home wifi…very rarely I use my 3G plan…if possible please explain me…or otherwise I have to move the other service provider… Was this information helpful? | |||
