Subject : bill generation delayed and customer care resolution not satisfactory.
I have looked into my email and coudnt find my latest bill and called to customer care on 15-apr-2018. As per the customer care executive, they are facing some issue at bill generation department and it is delayed and given me 48 hrs of time.
Called them on 18-apr-2018 as my bill not yet received. The customer care executive still requesting 48hrs to generate the bill and resolve the issue. Spoken to floor in charge (Nimisha - [protected])
Customer loss: company reimbursement can't be processed after 18-apr-2018. Obviously i lost the amount.
This is not the first time it happened, first time when it happened i am not much bothered. But if repeating again and again i can't accept it.
I request the justification on this and my compensation.
