Airtel — bill not received for router purchasing

I purchase router for data network and sim no. [protected] as on 5.06.2019 but still yet bill not received from your Nashik office which settel at Nashik college road opp to suman satabdi hospital.
For that router bill i called your executive Mr. Swanil whose contact number is [protected] but he give irresponsible answers. and bill is not giving the amount of Rs. 2500/- which he received from me by BHIM UPI APP.
