[Resolved] Airtel — Bill payment - Fraud attempt by AIRTEL services | |||||
Hi, , My name is T.Leela Bindu and i am from Chennai. I am using airtel 4g dongle and as i was out of station and i couldn't pay the monthly bill. So they disconnected my connection and usage. after i returned i payed back the bill and by the time i returned the next months bill also got generated for which i dint use it. My last usage period was April 2nd-may 1st 2017 and i payed the bill in the month of June 17th. so it means i did not use the connection from the month of May onward as my connection was disconnected. I was receiving calls from them top pay the bill. I said them i am not going to pay the next month's bill as i did not use and they asked me to pay april 1st- may 2nd bill alone as i payed in June they called me back again after 3 days asking me to pay May 2nd - June 1st bill for which i did not use. And i already got a new ACT wireless connection in the month of June. they acted fraud and updated the June's status to 10.05 MB usage in the website. how can i use the data when i payed April's month bill only in the month of June? i have already asked them to cancel the connection but they did not respond over it.
