[Resolved] Airtel — Bill payment landline/broadband [protected] | |||
The broadband connection is:rs.799 plus taxes. The connection was made on 04.05.2017. The bill for the period 17.04.17 to 16.05.17 was raised rs.1126. On my protest, the same was revised to rsd.1004. Whereas it should be only rs.398 (For 13 days) (13/30*77+ 15 service tax). I have remitted rs.398 today, 6.6.17 being the last day for payment of the bill. This payment is: besides rs.500 at the time of connection. Airtel is not replying my complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||
