[Resolved]  Airtel — Bill Plan Changed

Dear Sir I am using Airtel phone number [protected] since Jan-2011. Since last 4 months I was getting high amount bill. I was thinking this may be because of roaming. But this is not because of roaming charges this is because of suddenly my bill plan was changed without taking my concern. I talked to customer care they told that this bill plan was changed since 26th march 2014. They told we have send sMs on 26th March 10.30.They didn't take my complain on 121.If they have properly communicated via email or phone I could have choice to go other service provider. For reference I am attaching soft copy mar 2014 bill and july 2014 bill. Since Last four months I have already paid extra amount approx 1800. I want a relief of whatever extra amount that I have paid because of bill plan changed + 10, 000 for my mental embrassment so that in future they think twice to change bill plan without taking customer concern.
