Airtel — Billed despite mobile number being deactivated | |||
Hi, I have raised a request for deactivating my mobile number ([protected], Account No [protected]) on August 6th 2014 via email to [protected]@in.airtel.com. I received an email confirming my deactivation (internet reference[protected] from airtel the very same week. Now after all these months, I got two bills (one in Oct and one in Nov) for the above mentioned mobile number. When I emailed back asking what's going on, Airtel replies saying that deactivation for the mobile happened only in 7th Nov 2014. I just don't understand what's going on now. Now I am asked to pay.
