1. I have been harassed when before i could raise the request for changing from postpaid to prepaid. After going 4 times (Everyday giving different reasons not to raise the porting request), the request got raised.
2. I had paid an additional money as bill apart from my current bill for the period which it would take for porting.
3. After that repeated calls and follow ups were made to the customer care. Everytime they said it was in process and generated bill for the next 3 cycles!
4. Bill was generated because of their negligence, why should i pay? Was this information helpful? |
