[Resolved] Airtel — Billing discrepancies | |||
Hi sir/madam I am raghavender bearing airtel mobile number [protected] and [protected]. I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction regarding the billing and customer service of airtel. I raised a request to deactivate data plan on my both numbers and service request number 75132096 was raised on 29 march. To my surprise i received a message stating that service request number 75361079 on 7th april saying that my request to deactivate data plan was received on 7th april and will be addressed within 23 hours. When i called the customer care, i got a response that my earlier request 75132096 was cancelled and they do not have reason for that. I never cancelled the request number 75132096 and this was done purposefully on 7th april because my bill cycle end on 6th april. Customer service executive was rude in handling my questions and he has not allowed me to speak executives at next level and more over i was made to wait for about 18 minutes and finally i had to disconnect the call. Service executive raised a request number[protected] to ensure me that a call will be arranged to address my concern but this was closed immediately and never received a call back. I very well understand that these are very cheap tricks played by all telecom companies including airtel to exploit customers. I just wanted to understand why the ticket number 75132096 was closed with my knowledge. Why should i be charged 200 rs extra for the present bill cycle without me getting the data (I stopped getting the data on 29 march) I request you to please look into the issue and make sure i am not charged for data and kindly provide me reason behind closing the ticket raised on 29 march Look forward for some professional response.
