[Resolved] Airtel — Billing is different with usage | |||
Im a postpaid user of Airtel. I have been calling airtel n number of times to deactivate few services. They havent stopped the services, instead they keep billing for the services which was asked to deactivate several months ago. They keep adding the amount as they like and call us everytime for payment. These customer care people cant even speak a basic English and call and bargain for money, the say your bill is so much least pay XXX this amount which is so ridiculous. I have thrown the sim still they keep calling adding extra amount every month and keep sending the bills. The customer care people give complete mental harassment to me. Why would someone pay for completely non using the sim at all. Was this information helpful? | |||
