Airtel — Billing issue - 14 april2025

I am formally complaining about the airtel customer services which is so pathetic.

Even the senior managers and the escalations department Muskan from senior team is of no use. Its been 12 days I have been getting a push back and no resolution was provided.

On 13th April, I purchased a quarterly plan from airtel website where I did a part payment of 1000 for 3 months plan then I have been advised to pay remaining to the engineer, then on 15th april, engineer asked me to pay 1442/- for the remaining balance then I confirmed it from him that it is the remaining balance for three months plan he said yes. (NAME - RAVI / RAMESH)

I was able to see the online amount for the 3months plan which is 2829/- however he charged me 1442 and 1000 I have paid initially so total I have paid 2442/- as per his advise, then in June the bill was generated and without checking I have paid the bill and in July again the bill was generated then I checked and that I purchased a plan for 3 months then how come I have been asked to pay the bills.

I have been trying to resolve this issue since last 12 days, customer service is so horrible, had word with multiple managers, Kajal, Satya but they all advised me to wait snd will receive a callback from billing department which I never received.

I want to know one thing, being a human being if I am able to see 2800 then the engineer was charging 2442 and after asking for the more amount still he mentioned this is the only amount I have to pay.

Was it my fault that he opted for monthly plan rather than for a advance quarterly plan.

Now my ask is I want a refund for the june billing which I paid and ideally I should mot be charged for the same, remove the july billing and plus I need a compensation as it takes 2-3 hours to speak with the team and I have wasted almost 40 hours

I have mailed multiple time by tagging CEO, CFO no further action was taken.

This is such a pathetic services and company.
