Airtel — Billing Issue and Pathetic CC | |
Hi,
As per yesterday's communication had with Airtel regarding my billing issue on No. [protected] which was not satisfactory and instead of the solving my problem he straight away suggested me to cancel my connection and move to some other, IS THIS CALLED A CUSTOMER CARE.!!!?
As per my billing plan i have a 100mb of free data which i have not exceeded, i have a proof o[censored]sing 79mb received an SMS from 121 by 20th early morning which is end day of my billing cycle but your Applet executive proving that your 121 data usage generating tool is wrong and his calculation is correct, if this is the case and problem/loop hole in your technology, why should the customer suffer!!! As that sms is the only way i can track my data usage.
I have received my bill 3 times more then my usage.
Its very pathetic way of dealing with customer and solving the issue.
I request the responsible personals to look into this matter and solve my issue ASAP with proper waver and justified bill. This same i will be wring to consumer forum as well.

Your response is really surprising as i have given you a proof of my usage which was generated by your system thru SMS 121, but your denying to accept, this is very irresponsible response from the Nodal Manager. Please find the screen shot proof of sms for the same.
I request the concerned authority to take some serious action on this issue & stop cheating towards customers.
