Airtel — billing issue-data card | |||
I was using airtel data card till october and requested for cancellation of connection in airtel store near srinivasa nagaga branch, bengaluru, which they refuse to take it and asked me to place via customer care. I had requested for cancellation on 18th oct but as of today till 05/12/17 they keep on generating the bills and every time i called customer care service they keep on promising that the bill will be waived off, but nothing is happening. I had called them more than 8 times to resolve the issue every time they keep on saying issue will be solved soon but no solution. They are sending the recovery agents to my house for forcefully collect the money, even though i explained them the exact issue to them they are not caring about it and they always says they are not bothered about all these they are meant to collect the money.
