Airtel — Billing issue due to child plan added

Dear sir

In april i have got call from you airtel office branch pali. And you sales person mr rishiraj had called about your service. And i have told him to remove my 1 child no [protected] and add new child in my plan new no is [protected]. But rishiraj added my no in addon charge 249rs. I have taken plan of 999 in this i can have 4 voice call connection and 1 was data. But i have told him to first remove my 1 no and then add another. But he cant removed my no and added in addon but from may month i got extra bill charge in bill and i don't want give add on charges. I want waiver of add one 249rs and also want to remove [protected] no from my plan
