Hello,
I would like to bring your kind attention that for past two months I am receiving Post paid bill for my Broad band connection which I am not using since May 2023.
The connection was sold to me without informing that it is a postpaid connection.
I already have postpaid connection experience. Nowhere it asks me to pay in advance. The amount which was taken from me (approx. 2400.00) was taken in prepaid mode.
Is it the practice to sell your connection? Why there was no information from your seller that it is postpaid connection? Why was no document given to me stating it is postpaid?
On 28th Of June I logged a complaint to your customer care. There I have raised this point, but I can see no step was taken. Also, I was surprised to know that in my locality there is no prepaid option available, and your dishonest sales team hide this to customer.
What kind of sales strategy is it?
Please stop the connection immediately and provide me a clarification why a false information was shared with me.
