[Resolved] Airtel — Billing issue - i been used as per the plan but bill more than the usage
Here is the latest conversation and been escalated to level 3 but no resolution yet. i am not at all happy with your reply and i really don't understand on what basis the bill generation is right ? could you please elaborate more on this. Who the hell told you that i am not able to check the usage, i am pretty clear on that and been provided proofs as well for usage based on the instruction given by Airtel customer care to track usage we need to dial *121*114# is this wrong one you mean to say? and message i received from Airtel? what you are trying to say could you please elaborate more on this as well.. if you really don't understand what the problem is then you should have been asked more information or could have been called to me? instead of blindly saying the bill is correct right? will this make sense? i am escalating to level 3 to Appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com. Hi Appellate officer, Could you please go through the following email chain and get this resolved as soon as possible and it's been more than 8 days? in short on dispute is airtel charged more than what i been used on data usage if the airtel is misleading on the usage then i am not responsible for that right? if we observe that the itemized statement below and the usage track till 9:30 AM based on the screenshot i been used 296 MB only and another message i received from airtel at 1:57 PM saying that i been reached limit so then on wards i stopped using internet you can check this from the below statement too.. Please refer proofs for till 9:30 AM on 24 Nov 2015 as well the message i received from airtel at 1:57 PM on 24 Nov 2015 as attached hope this is clear now? if not please elaborate instead of simply say the bill generated is right? Was this information helpful?

Dear Vijaya Kumara Reddy N,
This is with reference to your email regarding data charges dispute for your number [protected].
I tried reaching you on [protected]. However, I was unable to establish contact with you.
I have verified your details and I would like to inform you that, there was excess data consumed from allocated free data in the invoice dated 27/11/2015.
I understand your dissatisfaction over being charged for excess data usage; however I am unable to initiate a reversal of charges as these were found to be appropriate as per your bill plan tariff.
