[Resolved] Airtel Billing — Settlement of bill fro airtel company | |||||
My name is anil kumar ramlakhan devbansh.my airtel number which was postpaid My complain is related to airtel number I have received bill of 2023.68 rupees of august month 2015(Bill no. –[protected].this bill is included with internet data pack which I have taken for the one month but without any intimation airtel company has continue for next month .during internet pack I already informed costumer care that I required this data pack for one month only and they said that they will call before continue for next month but they have not call and continue with internet data pack. As I received bill of 2023.68 for august month I was continued follow up with airtel company . after one month follow up the have sent bill of 3522.35 rupees for september month 2015.also as per bill my credit limit is 6300rupees but bill collction agent is start coming on my residential address which I fill bad feedback from airtel company. Then i decided to close this number & talk to airtel gallery which is located near garware house, koldongari, sahar road.airtel gallery person has promised me regarding this issue. He discussed with customer care and he said you pay 2000rupess as adjustment to close this number. I was ready and I have 2000rupess as a adjustment. I have asked any paper work to close this number but gallery person told me that as it is default it will get close automatically. Now after this I was removed my sim from my mobile and kept a side as I understand that it is closed as airtel gallery instruction. After this I have received bill of 2626.36rupees for October month(bill no. –[protected]. I was shocked as I am not using this number and already I have discussed these thing with aitel company but still number is continue and 2000rupess is mentioned as a payment not adjustment. Again I was discussed with customer care and gallery . they have change with their statement. Now they are saying that you have to give written instruction for closing of this number. they have said that they are ready to close this number if I will pay 2000rupees as adjustment. apart from this costumer care is continuously asking for payment till today.hope they might send collection team in future. Today I have received bill of amount 4500(app) which shows that still they have continued generated bill Also I have given email to their customer care from last one month but no proper feedback I request you to kindly look in to matter as airtel company is increasing there bill every month how i will get your reply help in this regards i will continuously follow up Regards Anil kumar devbanshi Was this information helpful? | |||||
