Airtel — Blackberry charges being charged twice for the same period on my cell # [protected] | |||
I have been fighting with airtel for two months now when they are billing the blackberry charges twice for the same period. They had reversed the charges for the last month after my consistent fighting over phone and e-mails (period 23 May-22 June) BUT had again billed it twice INR 399 for this period (23 June-22 July). This is unethical business practice clearly with the intentions to cheat customers as most of the customer may not be going into details of the bills. I would like to take this up with them with consumer court and ask for compensation as they had been doing this for long and may be to many consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||
