Airtel — blocking a number

I am getting call from a person i don't want to talk to and he is continuously calling and disturbing i want that number to be blocked permanently and not get any notification or any sort of messages from that particular number. He is disturbing he from so many days now, kindly look into this matter and solve it.

I also see that he has placed my photo in the true caller id... Please solve this issue i don't want any kind of message or call notification from this particular guy.
