[Resolved] Airtel — Boradband Speed | |||
Hi, I am a Platinum Grade Airtel customer. In Feb 2014, I was offered to upgrade from 2 MBPS plan to 8 MBPS plan by the call center executive. However, I was never getting 8 MBPS speed. On repeated complaint's, the field engineer has confirmed that my area does not support 8 MBPS at all. Airtel has been charging me for 8 MBPS plan from Feb 2014. When I called again today, the answer was to move back to 2 MBPS plan. I should be refunded of the extra amount charged from me from Feb 2014 to Dec 2014.
