[Resolved] Airtel — Both broadband and mobile - sales | |||
Airtel broadband and mobility- recently got hard and low my latest kid on the block Jio has started resorting to cheating the customers with malicious offers which in the end do not deliver the committed services. I was recently offered a bundled offer with my existing broadband connection. They offered me 5 GB extra data if took another service from them like mobile or tv. I chose mobile and the next day a sales person called me up and filled me up on the plan offering. She conveniently skipped the part that in order to get the full benefits of the plan, I must be using a 4G handset. After several calls and follow ups with the call centre and Nodal officer, I am yet to get both the 5GB benefits on my broadband and on my phone. What's even funnier is that they cannot provide a consolidated bill for both services either. Was this information helpful? | |||
