[Resolved] Airtel — Both fixed line and net connections are dead | |||||
Hi, this is suman mukherjee from creocraft. It has been extremely annoying to state that for past 6 days my fixed line and broadband connections ([protected]) are dead. Every time i call up your call center, they come up saying with a standard phrase which is your problem shall be resolved in 24 hrs time. There has been no follow up, i was also provided with a complain no i. E. 67290546 followed by a call back no[protected], now your call center executive is claiming that there has been no complaint being registered. please do not provide me with such system generated mail, i am very much familiar with these stuff,
i shall be requiring a genuine feedback stating the action status, it is just not acceptable, it's been 6 days and your customer care department has no clue about it.
get it fixed then write all these crap, i have made a loss of rs 3000/-, are you going to take care of that???
