[Resolved] Airtel — Broad band - Consuming more data | |||
Hi, My airtel broadband number is [protected], Dsl id is [protected]_kk Registered in the name of Raj kumar.As per the plan data limit is 85 GB & after 60 GB our speed is reduced to 512 Kbps. Every month with in 20 days we are getting notification from airtel that you have crossed the 60 GB limit & your speed is reduced to 512 kbps. We are not doing any download. I don't think anyone can consume 60 GB with 20 days for personal use & that too with no downloads. I made several phone call requests and complaints to airtel. But no improvement on service. I will not pay any amount if this issue is not resolved. Would appreciate help on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
