Airtel — Broadband advance rental amount is not refunded | |||
Hi, I have paid 7462/- as advance rental amount for 6 months towards airtel as the Due date was near and wanted to avoid penalty. After that I have asked Airtel team to disconnect my broadband connection as I was moving out of Chennai. During that time many people from Airtel called me and asked me to go for Pause connection instead of Disconnection and nobody informaed about the refund. When I called them today, they are saying that this amount will not be refunded if we disconnect the connection. Out of the amount I paid I hardly used 1 month. This is a sure fraud as they robbed me 5000+ rupees without giving any service. Was this information helpful? | |||
