Airtel Broadband — airtel broadband connection | |||
I had taken airtel broadband connection in november 18 2019. During inquiry i have all prepaid plans( short terms and long term) and asked about the installation charges, i was informed that installationis free, only advance amount 999 to be paid for that months usage being prepaid plan. Post one month when i called customer care to recharge i got to know that plan given is post paid one and not prepaid. 999/- has been charged as installation fee. Since bill of 999 + taxes has been generated for one month usage, i have asked escalation manager to adjust 999 as part of current month bill which he agreed. But same was not done under complaint ref[protected]. As promised during enquiries and installation, no installation charges will levied so please get 999 adjusted in my bill. Another promise of giving free book myshow voucher worth 400 was also unfulfilled and complaint is open for more than a month now. Now we expect airtel team to show some dignity and resolve the issues as promised. Was this information helpful? | |||
