[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband and fixed line No.[protected] | |||
The above broadband and fixed line services are frequently getting out of order since 24th July 2016. Regular efforts have been made to lodge the complaint over telephone at[protected] and[protected] but could not get to talk to any executive due to your recording system which always states that all executives are busy, please dial after some. At last having failed to get redressal of the problem, I am constraint to write this mail with a request to please fix the problem immediately as I wonder on what basis Airtel will send the bill to me when the services are not rendered by you which you are supposed to.
