Airtel — Broadband and fixed line services | |||||
Broadband reported not working on 23rd November 2015 through service request #61815804. I understand there was huge devastation due to floods but still the customer service hasnt rectified this yet and keep on saying it will be fixed in next 24 hours. I have seen many 24 hours pass by like this. The bill for the month got generated successfully without any hassles for the service they provide. I am totally disappointed with the service and customer care. Please be cautitious while going for Airtel Broadband service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
