[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband Application - No response | |||
I have applied for a broadband connection 15 days back. Sales agent promised me a connection within 4 working days. After that I am continuously following up with sales agent, but nothing has happened so far. I have paid Rs.1000 at the day of application. Now-a-days the agent is not picking my call. When I am calling airtel customer care number[protected] they are telling that they have not received any application in my application form number. My application number is TNPB227262 dated 04.09.2014. I am attaching the application acknowledge slip along with this. Please look into this matter and solve at the earliest.
