[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Bill generation after disconnection | |||
I owned a Broadband connection with Airtel at my rented house in Ghaziabad. When I shifted out of that location, I requested a discontinuation at the Airtel office thru customer care 121. I was told that I needed to pay the pending amount then only my connection will be disconnected.. I paid all the due amount and my connection is closed. I also mention in call there should not be any further bill will be generated and they assured me for the same. My connection is disconnected and I shifted to Lucknow. Now after 2 months, a customer care executive is calling me and asking me that a bill is generated on my number and I have to pay the due amount 517. I told them I have paid all the outstanding amount at the time of disconnection, if you don't believe plz verify the audio recording. Now, airtel executive not listening to me and calling me 3-4 time a day in my office time and asking me to pay. Also, from last two months I didn't receive any bill generated on my mail id or sms which i usually received as a soft copy. Fixedline/Broadband Number : [protected] Account Number : [protected] Transaction Number : [protected] Payment Amount (र) : 1226.49 Please resolve this ASPA. Airtel : This is plain and simple harassment. I don't mind making a payment if there's something due from my side, but to contact me out of the blue to make this payment without any prior intimation for such a long time is not acceptable. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP. I am daily getting 3-4 calls from airtel to pay the outstanding in my office time.
