[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Broadband not working from 2 days and customer care is pathetic | |||
This is the first time that I need to contact airtel customer care and it was the worst experience for me.I think they have no value for customer's money. I complaint for not working of broadband connection on 11/03/2016 in morning but they filled the complaint at night and said that the technician will visit at our home in Ghaziabad next morning 10:00 am morning.But no executive came to house for problem visit. When we called again the customer care many times the same day we got so vague responses from executive over the call which made me lose my temper but nothing happened.
