Airtel — Broadband cheating - A/C no.-[protected]

I was already airtel dth customer for almost 8 years long. I stopped using dth connection since 6 months. 1 month back I planned to get airtel broadband connection the executive said it's free for a month (trial pack) and it would just use my dth number and I'd details. I am not happy with their service & not interested to continue. To my shock am being charged everyday as subscription charges of dth. I called dth airtel twice now they are saying we need to clear the whole outstanding to get our security deposit. With it after giving complain number twice I was never called by their so called supervisors.
