I made a complaint through the troll free number regarding "NO INTERNET" problem at 12:30 pm on 4/03/2022. I received a message from your end that Technician Atish Singh will visit my premises at 5:30 pm and the problem will be resolved till 6:30 pm. But no contact number was provided to me. After 6 pm I made a call on your toll free number. Your customer care executive said that your service request number has been closed. My problem was not solved but my Service request was called before being closed. I called the same person again but he did not answered my call. The assigned technician had put my number on block. But till now 5th March more than 27 hours had passed away, no one visited my home to solve my issue. I am suffering so much because of this. My business, Study everything is on hold because of your irresponsibility. The franchise holder from whom I got my connection (Mr. Sanjeev) who sits somewhere in Chetganj Varanasi, when I contacted him for the same, he did not answered me properly and said that it will take 4-5 hours more for the same. He said that because of Holika Dehen your wires might got cut. What a rubish excuse. Again today my broadband stopped working. I am fed up with this [censored]. The franchise owner is talking rudely to me.
