[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband connection | |||
An Airtel executive with the name Aswath took my documents and 1000 rs cash on 5th Aug 2015 by commiting to the installation of broadband with agreed plan. after a day he calls me that the plan is not available. I asked to return my document and money he took for broad band installation. Its been more than 10days and he has not turned up to return the same. Seems like the sales executive of Airtel are use to such kind of frauds where in they poach the cash of the customer and sell the document copy for anti social use. This incident is of Sarjapur road bangalore. Airtel can contact me on [protected] for more details if they are really interested to take action against such frauds and deteriorating brand image.
