Airtel — Broadband Connection Issue

Hi, This is regarding a new broadband connection(In Bangalore) that i have applied in Airtel website and i got call from customer care and they had assigned an executive on 08-May-2015. With CEF # TBLR 6974713. I have paid 1100 rupees and submitted all the required documents to Sales Executive Mr.Umesh Mobile # [protected] & [protected]. From that date he stopped picking my calls.I am not really sure to whom I have to escalate this issue. Request Airtel to reply with the status of the Connection.
