[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband connection not Feasible - Refund not processed | |||||
Hi, I have raised a new Fixed line broad band request and paid the amount online ₹500 on December 19 2016. But later Airtel team stated the broad band service was not feasible in my area hence i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submitted complaint to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So I have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 3 weeks now and still i am not getting my refund amount.
