Airtel — Broadband Connection Not Working for more than twenty days | |||
Broadband services for Airtel have been stopped in Sector 14 area in Gurgaon for more than two weeks now starting from July 20, 2015. We have tried contacting the customer care of the company many times and they have provided us several deadlines as to when the issue will be resolved. Till now I regret to say there have not been any steps taken by the company to resolve the matter. They have provided the monthly bill instead charging us the full monthly rental of Rs. 1480.86 for the period July 02, 2015 to August 22, 2015 even when the internet was not working in the past 20 days. The company has made false promises and has kept on extending the deadlines for rectifying the situation. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve our problem as the company is liable to waiver off the payment of the monthly bill of the previous month and the current month for the great inconvenience caused by it to several of its customers.
