[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband connection refund | |||
Hi Guys, I had requested for an airtel broadband connect on 29th of april. I had paid the money on the same day. Airtel have promise me a connection and assured me that connection can be provided to my house. My Airtel Fixed line number is [protected]. After a month they told that connection is not possible in my place and told that they will refund the amount of 1000/-. I submitted the retails required for the refund like a scared copy of a cancelled cheque, the bill and my back statements. Till day i have not received the refund. I have summited the details for the refund 5 times. On a latest note i received a call from airtel staying that till will take another 10 working days for me to get the money. The reference number is 57457388 for the incidents i have raised. Please look in to this and help me out on this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
