- I made payment for Airtel broadband on 26-march-2022 for broadband. details which I got while registrations
- your lead ID is 41-[protected]. our representative Arul manikandan at [protected] for help. Kindly dont pay activation fees in cash.
- your BB installation appointment with order ID 21-[protected]§1§1001 has been confirmed. Our Engineer Nagaraj.S ([protected]) will visit your place on[protected]T16:00:00 for the installation process
- As per above message one person came to my place and seen my place and went away still no one come for installation.
- Again got a call from Airtel customer(3-april-2022) they told that in you area there is no service we will refund money in seven days. its eighth day I didn't receive money.
- today I called customer care they continuously forward my number to supervisor they transfer to another like wise. now they told within 24 hours they will close connection and refund will be done with in 7-8days again.
